Soppressa is a well know Venetian style salami. Soppressa refers to the tradition of pressing the salami between two planks of wood to age and to achieve its unique rectangular shape. Our artisan style Hot Soppressa has wonderfully firm texture that is complemented that is highlighted by garlic and spicy chili peppers. Aged longer than the Soppressata Calabrese to achieve a drier texture. Perfect for sandwiches, pizza or antipasto. Due to the nature of the product there might be a slight variation in weight.
