Our Candy Cane Brownie is a festive spin on our classic ooey gooey brownie with added candy cane pieces. The set include Cast iron skillet 16 cm (6.3″), Brownie mix & Candy Cane Bits.

Net weight 225 g (7.94 oz). Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients: Brownie mix: Icing sugar, Unbleached enriched wheat flour, Cocoa, Salt, Canola oil, Natural flavor, Baking soda.

Candy cane pieces: Sugar, (sugar, glucose syrup), Natural flavor (peppermint), FD&C red #40, Glycerin, Canola oil, Sunflower lecithin.

Contains: Wheat. May contain: Egg, Milk, Soy.

All you need:
- Chocolate Brownie Mix (included)
- Candy cane Pieces (included)
- 1 large egg (or 1 tbsp flax seed and 3 tbsp water)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) water
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil or melted butter

All you do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Set aside ½ tbsp. of the candy cane pieces. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pre-seasoned cast iron skillet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining candy cane pieces on top of brownie as soon as it is out of the oven. Serve warm, directly from the skillet. Less mess, just need 2-4 spoons and dig right in.
