Large format, new packaging of our best selling seasonings. The blends your customers know and love, now in a recyclable card container with reclosable lid. The canisters are aluminum foil lined to provide a long shelf life for the seasonings which also come in a sealed protective pouch for double protection against moisture. Makes 5 recipes, 50 sandwiches, 100 sliders. 155 g (5.47 oz)

Ingredients: Spices(paprika), salt, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion), turbinado sugar (sugar, molasses).

What you Need:
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Pulled Pork seasoning
- 2.3 kg (5 lbs) pork shoulder
- 350 ml (1.5 cups) BBQ sauce
- 10 burger or 20 slider buns
What to do:
Generously rub pork with seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for 12-24hrs. Cook uncovered in roasting pan for 4 hours at 300°F (150°C), cover and continue cooking for an additional 1.5 hrs., until tender and flakes apart. Remove from oven, let rest covered for 15-20 minutes. Using tongs or a fork, “Pull” the pork into shreds and place in a bowl, discarding the fat and bone. Moisten the pork while still hot with 1 cup (250ml/8oz) BBQ sauce. Serve the heated meat on a fresh bun with extra BBQ sauce on the side, coleslaw and a pickle.
