Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a maximum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
Ingredients: Dehydrated vegetables (tomato, garlic, green bell pepper), spices (paprika), sea salt, dextrose, silicon dioxide.
SUNDRIED TOMATO DIP
All you need:
- The contents of the dip mix
- 250 mL (1 cup/8 oz) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 250 mL (1 cup/8 oz) mayonnaise
All you do:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
For an incomparable taste, prepare the dip a few hours in advance.
