Where are you located?

We are in the small village of Balderson, Ontario - just 5 minutes north of Perth.  We are still in the same building where Balderson Cheese was founded in 1881!

Where do you ship your products?

We ship across the country of Canada - from coast to coast!  We ship with Fed Ex, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards, Debit Visa and PayPal for online orders.  In store we also take credit cards, debit and cash.

I placed an online order - when will I receive my order?

In most cases, orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.  Depending on the products in the order, and the location we are shipping to, we may push your shipment to Monday so it doesn't sit over the weekend.  On gift baskets, you can choose your desired ship date (please note this is NOT the arrival date), and we will do our best to ship on that selected date. However, during warmer months all perishable items are ship on Monday and Tuesdays only. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

I placed an order a few days ago and haven't gotten tracking information, how do you check my order status?

Once we receive the order, we will get your products ready to ship - usually they ship in 3 to 5 business days.  If there are issues fulfilling your order, we will give you a call.  We will send tracking information as soon as your product ships.
