Shipping & Order Pick-Up
We are dedicated to fast delivery and customer satisfaction.
Canada is a big country, and we know that our customers want and expect fast and affordable delivery. We have two distinct options for your order delivery (Shipping or Pick-Up for local customers).
We do not ship produce or frozen foods. These items are available for pick-up only
Customers can check out their order using our shipping partner(s). Due to the nature of some of our products requiring cooling, any items we ship that require cooling are shipped with ice packs and shipped on Monday’s and Tuesday’s ONLY to ensure they do not sit in our shippers’ warehouse over the weekend especially in the summer months.
For pick-up orders we will notify you when your order is ready, set a date and approximate time for you to pick up your order, have it packed and ready to go upon your arrival.
During the current COVID-19 situation you may select to pick up your order just inside our door or outside if you prefer. If you choose outside pick-up call us when you arrive and we will bring your order outside, set it on our pick-up bench for you to put in your car. For elderly and disabled we will place the order in your trunk for you. Just ask, as we wish to protect you and our
employees during this crisis.
We ship all across Canada and DO NOT ship to the United States or out of Canada.
While most orders Requiring cooling ship on Monday’s and Tuesday’s, all other non-refrigerated orders ship within 48 hours of when you place the order. If we are out of stock on any item, we will contact you and adjust the order accordingly.

Product availability is subject to change between the time that an online order is placed and the time of fulfillment. Customers will be contacted should there be any difficulty in completing their order. Funds are collected at checkout and will be refunded to your credit card in the event we cannot complete your order.
While most products we carry are always in stock at times while we are waiting for deliveries from our suppliers we do not want to delay your order. We reserve the right to at times make substitutions of equal quality and price to your order. However, don't fret. We will contact you first to discuss if we do have to make a substitution or change to your order.
Due to the nature of our consumable food products, once opened we cannot accept returns if any product has been opened.
Here are a few important notes regarding our return policy.
- We will accept returns on products that are unused, unopened and are still in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned product.
- Once a refund is issued, it may be 3-5 business days before you see the credit on your statement depending on the credit card company.
