An effervescent frozen cocktail that marries the juicy sweetness of peaches with bubbly prosecco for a vibrant, elegant cocktail that’s perfect for any celebration. Includes recipes to prepare a pitcher or an individual cocktail. Simply dilute the mix in a bit of water, add your favourite prosecco and blend with ice.
Made with natural colouring's.

All you need:
Peach Bellini Mix (included)
1 bottle (750 ml / 25.4 fl. oz.) prosecco
4 cups of ice
All you do:
FOR A PITCHER: In a blender, combine the Peach Bellini Mix, 375 ml (1 ½ cups) of prosecco, and 4 cups of ice. Blend on high until slushy, and no large chunks of ice remain. To serve, divide the slush equally between 6 glasses, and top each with 60 ml (¼ cup) of prosecco before serving. Makes 6 servings.
FOR A SINGLE SERVING: In a blender, combine 23 g (2 tbsp) of Peach Bellini Mix, 60 ml (¼ cup) of prosecco, and ½ cup of ice. Blend on high until slushy, and no large chunks of ice remain. Pour into a glass, top with an additional 60 ml (¼ cup) of prosecco, and enjoy!
