Take the guesswork out of side dishes with our blend of dehydrated herbs, vegetables, and just enough salt and garlic. Perfectly flavour a beautiful, seasonal array of vegetables to serve alongside any roast.

Makes 8 servings.

Size: 20 g (0.7 oz.)

Ingredients: Dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, red bell pepper, carrot, tomato, leek, chive), Salt, Sugar, Vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar, food starch modified), Spices, Citric acid, Olive oil, Smoke flavour, Organic rice hulls. 

All you need:
- Roasted Vegetable Seasoning (included)
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced or cubed
- 2 large parsnip, peeled and sliced or cubed
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 10 baby potatoes, cut in half
- 1 small red onion, diced into small chunks
- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil

All you do:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Add the vegetables to a large bowl, add the olive oil and Roasted Vegetable Seasoning, toss until evenly coated. Place onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway, until vegetables are tender to your liking.
