The legendary Walker's bakery makes these bite-sized tarts, filled with sultanas, cherries and almonds and perfect for holiday entertaining. Crafted with pure creamery butter, each crumbly tart is baked using the original family recipe that Joseph Walker perfected in 1898. The essence of Scottish tradition and taste, Walker's is celebrated for their world-famous shortbread, puddings and tarts.
Ingredients - Filling (60%) (sultanas (26%), raw cane sugar, butter (milk) free range egg, currants (10%), almonds (7%), glace cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, fruit and vegetable concentrate (aronia, carrot) acidity regulator: citric acid), barley malt vinegar), wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (10%), sugar.
