The story of Balderson Village Cheese Store begins in 1881, when the Balderson Cheese Factory first opened in the small Ottawa Valley village of Balderson, Ontario. Over 140 years later, the tradition of crafting exceptional aged cheddar in this corner of Eastern Canada continues — and the cheese is still winning awards.
